On November 24, 2025, Imtiaz Bibi (43) and her seven-year-old daughter Khadija Majeed disappeared from Shah Jamal, Muzaffargarh. Six months passed. No recovery. No arrest. The family was left without answers, without protection, without justice.
Then on May 23, 2026, the perpetrators allegedly came back.

The family’s sixteen-year-old daughter was sexually assaulted. A child. In the same home the state had already failed to protect.
Two FIRs exist, 46/26 and 468/26. They are not enough if they go nowhere. An FIR without follow-through is just paper. Justice requires investigation, prosecution, and accountability, not silence.

This is not an isolated incident. This is what happens when perpetrators learn there are no consequences. When a family is left exposed, alone, and unheard for six months, the next crime becomes possible. The state did not just fail to act, its inaction enabled what came next.
Imtiaz Bibi deserves to come home.

Khadija deserves to grow up.

The sixteen-year-old survivor deserves justice, dignity, and care, not a case file that gathers dust.

We are asking everyone to take sixty seconds right now.
Tag and demand:
✦ Immediate deployment of resources to find Imtiaz Bibi and Khadija,

✦ Full investigation and prosecution under FIR 46/26 and 468/26,

✦ Protection for the remaining family members, today, not tomorrow,

✦ Survivor-centred medical, psychological, and legal support for the sixteen-year-old,

✦ A public response from Punjab Police on what has been done in six months

Copy and paste this if you need to:
“ A mother and her seven-year-old have been missing since November 2025 from Muzaffargarh. In May 2026, the same perpetrators returned and assaulted the family’s teenage daughter. Two FIRs. Zero justice. We demand immediate action, investigation, and protection for this family. ”

Today marks the 100th day of the unjust arrest and continued imprisonment of human rights lawyers Imaan Mazari and her husband, Hadi Ali Chattha.

The couple was arrested in Islamabad on January 23, 2026, for allegedly committing “cyber terrorism” and spreading “false information” in tweets and retweets that merely spoke against injustice. Due to their “crime” of speaking up, Imaan and Hadi are now facing 17 years in prison after being convicted under the PECA law.

Let’s be clear about this. When lawyers are thrown behind bars for speech, it is the state setting an example of its tyranny and sending a message to all those who dare to speak up and challenge state oppression. What we are witnessing is state repression.

Aurat March Karachi vehemently condemns the arrest and continued detention of Imaan Mazari and Hadi Ali Chattha and demands their immediate release, and we also demand the complete repeal of PECA.

We refuse to be intimidated into silence. Join us this Sunday, 10 May 2026 at Sea View, as we raise these demands and more at the next Aurat March Karachi.

War is never just headlines; it is lived in the loss of innocent lives.

An unprovoked attack on Iran by the United States and Israel marked the beginning of a war imposed, not chosen. Among its earliest and most devastating consequences was the bombing of a girls’ school, where more than 160 students lost their lives, children whose only fault was being in a place meant for learning, not war.

This is how wars begin: with civilians paying the price for decisions they never made.

Aurat March Multan stands with the oppressed people of Iran, with those whose lives are shattered, whose futures are stolen, and whose voices struggle to be heard above the noise of conflict. We stand for peace, for dignity, and for the fundamental right to live without fear.
