Rotaract Club of Larkana Launches "Go Green Month" with Tree Plantation Drive
Larkana, 1st August 2026:

Following the directions of Zonal Rotaract Representative (ZRR) Qalandar Zone, Rtr. Yaseen Memon, to observe August as "Go Green Month," the Rotaract Club of Larkana officially launched its month-long Tree Plantation Drive with the commitment to plant trees throughout the month of August to promote environmental sustainability and a greener future.

The first plantation activity was organized at Government Arts & Commerce College, Larkana (GACCL), where the Worthy Principal, Sir Rizwan Gul, warmly welcomed the Rotaract team and appreciated the club's initiative towards environmental conservation.

Under the leadership of ZRR Qalandar Zone, Rtr. Yaseen Memon, and President, Rotaract Club of Larkana, Rtr. Junaid Bhatti, a total of 17 saplings were planted within the college premises in collaboration with the Worthy Principal and faculty members of Government Arts & Commerce College, Larkana.

Speaking on the occasion, the Rotaract leadership reaffirmed the club's commitment to carrying out daily plantation activities throughout the month of August, encouraging youth and educational institutions to actively contribute towards building a cleaner, healthier, and greener environment.

Rotaract Club of Larkana expresses its sincere gratitude to Worthy Principal Sir Rizwan Gul for granting permission and extending full support for the activity. He appreciated the efforts of the Rotaractors and encouraged the club to continue organizing such meaningful community service initiatives at the institution in the future.

The plantation drive was attended by Rtr. Yaseen Memon, Rtr. Junaid Bhatti, Rtr. Areesha Pathan, Rtr. Musawir Seelro, Rtr. Abdul Hayee, Rtr. Zeeshan Ali, Rtr. Sagar Kumar, and Rtr. Sham Lala.
