GAP is a non-profit organization mainly focusing on, inter alia, environmental issues. GAP had already carried out a number of activities by involving community members belonging to various walks of life, ranging of school kids to high profile Govt. officials (District Administration, Judiciary etc.). The primary focus of the organization is to create awareness by involving the community in variou
s environment friendly activities and thereby preparing them for practical contribution towards a safer and healthier environmental on self-help basis and with a deep sense of responsibility and ownership. Our organization has clear understanding that no single organization or even government can restore the environment to an acceptable form, but only active participation of community can get the job done, which otherwise is virtually difficult rather impossible. It goes without saying the GAP intends to play the role of catalyst in galvanizing the community for making it environment conscious and avant-grade.
