گُجر (یا گُجّر) ایک قدیم نسلی گروہ ہے جو برصغیر پاک و ہند، خاص طور پر پاکستان، بھارت، اور کچھ حد تک افغانستان میں آباد ہے۔ گجر قوم کی تاریخ ہزاروں سال پرانی ہے اور اسے مختلف ادوار میں مختلف شناختوں کے ساتھ جوڑا گیا ہے، جیسے کہ راجپوت، گُجّر پرتیہار سلطنت کے حکمران، اور بعد میں مختلف مسلم اور ہندو برادریوں میں تقسیم شدہ ایک طاقتور قبیلہ۔

خاندانی اور عاجزی پسند لوگ دوسروں کیلئے نرم دل رکھنے والے لوگ واقعی میں قابل قدر اور قابل تعریف ہوتے ہیں۔ بہترین تربیت اور بہترین سوچ کی عکاسی ہے کہ دوسروں کو خود سے نیچا سمجھ کر اکڑ دیکھانے اور فرعونیت جھاڑنے کی بجائے محبت بانٹتے ہیں۔
گجر افسران و ملازمان کی یہ تصویر دیکھ کر بخوبی اندازہ ہو جاتا ہے کہ گجر قوم ملک بھر میں نعرے نہیں بلکہ اپنا نفاز مانگتی ہے اور نا صرف پاکستان میں بلکہ پوری دنیا میں گجر قوم ہر جگہ اکثریت کے ساتھ موجود یے۔
بجائے اس کے کہ اس قوم کی اپنی ثقافت کو پروموٹ کیا جاتا ہے بلکہ اس کہ برعکس گجر ازم کی آڑ میں ہر ایک کیلئے تاریخی تکنیکی طریقہ کار استعمال کیا جاتا ہے ۔
کیونکہ اگر گجرازم کا فروغ چاہئے تو ہمیں فراخ دل بھی ہونا چاہئے ورنہ گجر قوم کا ہر جگہ ہی ایسا کلچر ہے کہ اس کی الگ سے پہچان بن ہی جاتی ہے اس وجہ سے یہ کسی علاقائی زبان و ثقافت کی محتاج ہی نہیں۔. . .الحَمْدُ ِلله۔
