لاہور میں منعقدہ فیض فیسٹیول کے دوران، بھارت سے آئے معروف رائٹر اور شاعر جاوید اختر نے عدیل برکی سے گفتگو کرتے ہوئے ایک گہرا اور چونکا دینے والا سوال اٹھایا: "کیا پاکستان نے اقبال کو بھلا دیا؟"

یہ سوال صرف ایک عام سوال نہیں، بلکہ ہماری قومی اور ادبی ترجیحات پر ایک بہت بڑا سوالیہ نشان ہے۔

What is the biggest threat to our society today? It’s not just a lack of resources, but the dangerous trap of materialism (مادیت پرستی) and greed (حرص). 🛑

Throughout history, powerful civilizations were wiped out not by poverty, but by corruption, injustice, and the endless desire for more. It’s high time we focus on Character Building (انسان سازی) and transform our educational systems into hubs of true moral upbringing (تربیت). 👦👧

کتابوں کے ایڈیشن تو مارکیٹ میں آگئے، لیکن ہماری قوم میں شعور کب آئے گا؟ 📚🤔

ایک تقریب کے دوران جب دو نوجوانوں سے پوچھا گیا کہ پروگرام کس بارے میں تھا، تو جواب ملا: "پتہ نہیں، اقبال کے بارے میں تھا لیکن ہم اقبال کو نہیں سمجھے۔" یہی ہماری قوم کا سب سے بڑا المیہ ہے! 💔

نئی نسل کو علامہ اقبال کے افکار اور خودی کے فلسفے سے جوڑنا صرف کتابوں کا کام نہیں، بلکہ یہ ذمہ داری ہمارے اساتذہ کی ہے۔ اساتذہ ہی وہ معمار ہیں جو نوجوانوں کے ذہنوں میں "پروگرامِ اقبالیات" کو فعال کر سکتے ہیں۔ 🎓💡
