Zone Convention – Lahore Area | 26-04-2026

Members of Lahore Friends Lions Club, attended Lahore Area Zone Convention at Nishat Hotel Lahore.

The event was graced by respected District Governor Dr. Nisar Ahmad Ch. MJF as Chief Guest, along with Lions leadership including IPDG Atif Munir, FVDG Zafar Mehmood, CVC Abdul Rehman, District Cabinet Secretary Dr. Basit Ramzan, and District Cabinet Treasurer Zohaib Ch..

All Zone Chairpersons of Lahore, respected PCCs, PDGs, mentors, and Lions members participated enthusiastically. Each zone presented its performance, highlighting impactful service projects and achievements throughout the year.

🏆 Shields and awards were distributed to recognize outstanding clubs and their remarkable contributions.

In his keynote address, DG Nisar Ahmad Ch. appreciated the unity and teamwork of Lahore Zones and congratulated everyone for organizing such a successful and inspiring convention.

✨ Lahore Friends Lions Club Visit to ZA School System ✨

Members of Lahore Friends Lions Club visited ZA School System, Farooq Gunj, Misri Shah, Lahore.

Where Principal Lion Abida Kawar warmly welcomed the delegation and gave a comprehensive tour of the entire school. During the visit, educational activities from KG to Matric classes were observed, reflecting a strong commitment to quality education.

The club highly appreciated this remarkable project by Lion Madam Abida Kawar and acknowledged her services as truly commendable.

Furthermore, Principal Lion Abida Kawar also arranged a wonderful meal for the guests, for which all members of Lahore Friends Lions Club are sincerely grateful.

Such positive initiatives continue to strengthen the spirit of education and community service. 🤝

The Second Zone Advisory Meeting of Zone E, Lahore was held in a grand and inspiring manner under the leadership of Zone Chairperson Lion Hafiz Shafqat Inam.
All the clubs of the zone presented their progress reports and shared updates on their ongoing humanitarian service projects.

On 5th of October 2025, a Flood Relief Camp was organized by Lahore Zone E in Kasur, where Lahore Friends Lions Club actively participated and made a significant contribution of PKR 900k towards the flood relief efforts, helping make the event a great success.

The program was led by District Governor Dr. Nisar Chaudhry, 1st VDG Lion Zafar Chaudhry, IPCC Lion Khalid Jamil, Past District Governor Shafi ullah Khan and Zone Chairperson Lion Hafiz Shafqat. Other clubs from Zone E also took part enthusiastically and contributed to the noble cause.
