The ideal candidate for the current opening will bring to our organisation expertise in digital and social media marketing methodologies and tools, with a successful track record of relevant hands-on experience. You will be responsible for brand projection and product marketing for our diverse client-base through suitable online campaigns with your specialised knowledge of the most effective tools and techniques across the available spectrum of digital platforms. You will design our marketing campaigns, optimising for our marketing performance metrics, and collaborating with clients, vendors, and internal and external teams. We look for a refined and amiable personality with strong SMM acumen, substantial hands-on experience, solid sense of commitment and personal integrity, and a keen attention to details.

The right candidate should be ready to work unsupervised with the possibility (read 'opportunity') to steer a lot of functions and decisions, allowing massive potential growth as part of the core operational team of a very promising business concern.

Salary: 40,000 - 55,000 PKR

Required Skills:

- Hands on experience of Social Media Management with related tools and techniques on a majority of the following platforms:

-- Facebook
-- Instagram
-- Twitter
-- Linked In
-- Snapchat
-- WhatsApp
-- Pinterest
-- TikTok

- Any experience with the following will count as a significant advantage:

-- Website SEO
-- YouTube SEO
-- Video Editing
-- Graphics Designing
-- Content Writing / Copywriting

Specific Tasks:

- Designing and Ex*****on of a thorough digital marketing plan within the allocated budget, which includes:

-- Market analysis to suggest the optimal spread across different digital platforms for different products / clients

-- Planning quarterly and monthly tasks and goals based on long term marketing strategy

-- Coordination with and supervision of internal and external resources for effective task ex*****on where needed

-- Employing the best practices / techniques for digital campaigns, social media management and web presence

-- Creating and optimising the campaigns to achieve key success indicators and metrics

You will be responsible for strategising brand development and product marketing for our diverse client-base, devising and using the available resources to execute the short- and long term plans, and supervising the campaigns in digital marketing space with your specialised knowledge of the most effective tools and techniques. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with customers, vendors, and internal and external teams. We look for a refined and amiable personality with strong branding and marketing acumen, substantial experience with proven track record, excellent communication skills with command on both Urdu and English languages, and a keen attention to details.

Specific Tasks:

- Development and ex*****on of a thorough marketing plan within the allocated budget, which includes:

-- Business and market analysis to suggest a long term marketing strategy for different products / clients

-- Translation of the long term strategy into short-term tasks and goals

-- Coordination with and supervision of internal and external resources for effective task ex*****on, which may include long term marketing tasks as well as marketing and sales events etc.

-- Devising and supervising the best practices / techniques for digital campaigns, social media management, TVCs and web presence.

-- Identify and optimise the plans to achieve key success indicators and metrics

-- Represent the organisation in events, ceremonies and presentations.

- Preparation and Ex*****on of a brand development strategy, with the right focus on the target image building and outreach, utilising the consumer behavioural insights.

- Preparation of bids and proposals against viable tenders

- Customer relationship management
