Youth, a nation's pride, on which it always relies, the hope and the future of a nation, is one of the most essential components of a nation. Youth is a sign of the nation's development; the greater it has got the youth potential, the faster it runs on development track. The more a nation stresses on youth the quicker it gains the heights. Youth Revolution(Y. R) considers the youth as a ladder of
success and hence consider it the way of achieving the heights for a nation. R believes that Sustainable Peace can be given birth through development and that Peace can be sustained through continuous development and it can only be done through focusing on Youth. R considers it as one of its prime duties and employees as its faith to work for developing the skills of the youth by exploring its hidden potential, identifying its capabilities and polishing them so that to put them on a track where they can be self-sustained and can contribute towards their families, society and nation indirectly. R arranges every kind of youth trainings, workshops, seminars, conferences, symposium, talk shows, discussion sessions, awareness campaigns etc in this regard to adhere the issue properly and extensively. In this way it makes them able to identify their hidden potential and to make positive use of that for the wide range benefit of the whole society to maximize the benefits of the inhabitants of the region.
