OPEN Lahore Organization of Pakistani Entrepreneurs' Lahore Chapter aims to celebrate & promote entrepreneurship in general & specifically in Lahore.

OPEN takes pride in fostering the spirit of entrepreneurship among its members and the larger community for the past 10 years – proving itself as one of the key business networking groups for Pakistani entrepreneurs and professionals in the cities that it operates. For the second edition of OPEN Lahore’s Breakfast with Charter Member series, we’re hosting Zeeshan Qureshi — a seasoned operator and growth leader who has built and scaled businesses across Pakistan, South Asia, and MENA.

Zeeshan currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at Capital Smart Innovation (HRL Group) and Group Chief Marketing Officer at HRL Group, where he leads growth strategy, market expansion, and platform-led innovation. Over the years, he has worked at the intersection of technology, mobility, and manufacturing — turning ambitious visions into ex*****on-ready systems.

We hosted another OPEN Lahore team meetup, and beyond the formal introductions, we took a moment to slow things down and hear from everyone in the room. We went around asking each person a simple but meaningful question: what are you good at, how can you help others, and where do you need support?

That question sets the tone for how we think about community. Because at OPEN, community isn’t just about showing up it’s about giving as much as you’re willing to receive. Because building a community doesn’t happen because of one person. It happens because people step up, volunteer to lead, and grow something collectively step by step. That’s why these conversations matter. That’s how ideas turn into action.

During this meetup, a few exciting ideas surfaced around how we can move forward and stay more connected as a community. We’re looking forward to turning those conversations into meaningful initiatives at OPEN Lahore. (Stay tuned more to come 👀)

OPEN Lahore extends heartfelt gratitude to everyone who made The Women Founders’ Playbook: Funding, Scaling & Surviving in Pakistan a resounding success — organized in collaboration with Abacus and , with our Knowledge Partner .

OPEN Lahore President, opened the event and talked about the mission of OPEN to provide opportunities for entrepreneurs to connect, learn and inspire. Sidra Humayun has spent her career building systems that put women at the center of justice, safety, and empowerment.
At UN Women Pakistan, she leads initiatives across Punjab focused on strengthening survivor-centered response mechanisms to gender-based violence — from training first responders and police to designing data-driven models that make institutions more inclusive and responsive.

With a background in qualitative research and human rights programming, Sidra has also been trained on international fact-finding missions on sexual and gender-based violence (SGBV), enabling her to bridge local realities with global frameworks of justice.
Her work goes beyond policy — it’s about ensuring that every woman’s story is met with empathy, action, and accountability.
