پنجاب یونیورسٹی میں این جی او مینجمنٹ اینڈ لیڈرشپ پر خصوصی سیمینار اور شجرکاری مہم کا انعقاد تقریب کے مہمان خصوصی ڈاکٹر محمد امجد ثاقب چیئرمین اخوت تھے جبکہ ڈاکٹر محمد جمیل چیئرمین ایم ایم ڈی سی نے

جامعہ پنجاب میں این جی او مینجمنٹ اینڈ لیڈرشپ کے عنوان سے ایک پروقار اور اثر انگیز تقریب کا انعقاد کیا گیا۔ تقریب کا بنیادی مقصد غیر منافع بخش اداروں (NGOs) کے فروغ، مؤثر قیادت، اور سماجی بہتری کے لیے درکار بنیادی صلاحیتوں پر روشنی ڈالنا تھا۔
پروقار تقریب اور ممتاز مہمانانِ گرامی
اس اہم تقریب میں نامور سماجی شخصیت ڈاکٹر امجد ثاقب چیئرمین اخوت نے بطورِ چیف گیسٹ شرکت کی، جبکہ المکی المدنی ڈائیلاسز سینٹر کے چئیرمین ڈاکٹر محمد جمیل بطورِ گیسٹ آف آنر مدعو تھے۔ تقریب میں اساتذہ، طلبہ اور سماجی شعبے سے وابستہ افراد کی کثیر تعداد نے شرکت کی۔
کامیاب قیادت اور سماجی خدمات پر روشنی
تقریب سے خطاب کرتے ہوئے چیف گیسٹ ڈاکٹر امجد ثاقب نے ایک کامیاب اور بااثر لیڈر کی بنیادی خصوصیات، بصیرت اور ذمہ داریوں پر مفصل روشنی ڈالی۔ انہوں نے زور دیا کہ سماجی خدمت کے لیے جذبے کے ساتھ ساتھ بہترین مینجمنٹ اور ایمانداری کا ہونا ضروری ہے۔ انہوں نے شرکا کو قیادت کے زریں اصول سکھاتے ہوئے معاشرتی بالادستی اور انسانیت کی خدمت کے لیے آگے بڑھنے کی ترغیب دی۔
سرٹیفکیٹس کی تقسیم
تقریب کے اختتامی مرحلے میں این جی او مینجمنٹ کے کورس اور سیمینار میں بہترین کارکردگی دکھانے والے شرکا میں سرٹیفکیٹس تقسیم کیے گئے۔ مہمانانِ گرامی نے شرکا کی کاوشوں کو سراہا اور ان کے روشن مستقبل کے لیے نیک تمناؤں کا اظہار کیا۔
سرسبز پاکستان: شجرکاری مہم کا آغاز
سیمینار کے بعد ماحول کو آلودگی سے پاک بنانے اور سرسبز پاکستان کے وژن کو فروغ دینے کے لیے شجرکاری مہم کا باقاعدہ آغاز کیا گیا۔
* پودے لگانے کی سرگرمی: ڈاکٹر محمد جمیل اور دیگر شرکا نے جامعہ پنجاب کے صحن میں یادگاری پودے لگائے۔
* ماحولیاتی پیغام: اس موقع پر ماحول کو صاف، شفاف اور سرسبز رکھنے کی اہمیت پر زور دیا گیا۔
* مشترکہ عزم: تمام شرکا نے اس عزم کا اعادہ کیا کہ پاکستان کو موسمیاتی تبدیلیوں اور آلودگی سے محفوظ رکھنے کے لیے زیادہ سے زیادہ درخت لگائے جائیں گے تاکہ آنے والی نسلوں کو ایک پاکیزہ اور خوبصورت ماحول فراہم کیا جا سکے۔

14 اگست کے موقع پر Yoga Association Pakistan کی جانب سے MMDC کی صحتِ عامہ اور کمیونٹی ویلفیئر کے شعبے میں خدمات کو خصوصی طور پر سراہا گیا اور Special Community Service Contribution کے اعتراف میں MMDC کو اعزازی شیلڈ پیش کی گئی۔

تقریب میں ڈاکٹر محمد جمیل کی سربراہی میں MMDC کے وفد نے شرکت کی۔ وفد میں منیراحمد الفضل، منیر حسین شاہد، صدر جناب حاجی بشیر احمد شاہین، آصف بشیر اور سعد عبدالسلام سمیت ٹیم کے اراکین شامل تھے۔ تقریب کے دوران MMDC کی کمیونٹی ہیلتھ سروسز کو بھرپور انداز میں appreciate کیا گیا، جس کے بعد اعزازی شیلڈ پیش کی گئی اور شرکاء میں کھانا بھی تقسیم کیا گیا۔

جناب ریاض کھوکھر، چیئرمین Yoga Pakistan نے بالخصوص MMDC کے KEEP Screening Program کو سراہا اور ڈاکٹر جمیل کو اس پروگرام کے فروغ کے لیے بھرپور تعاون کی یقین دہانی کرائی۔

Yoga Pakistan کے تقریباً 200 کلبز

کے نیٹ ورک کو MMDC کے ساتھ Nutrition، Disease Prevention، Screening اور Health Sensitization سرگرمیوں میں شامل ہونے کی دعوت بھی دی گئی۔

یہ اعزاز صرف ایک شیلڈ نہیں، بلکہ MMDC کی پوری ٹیم کی مسلسل Community Service کا اعتراف ہے۔
