TDS particularly concerned about the Health , Education, Vocational Training Capacity building , youth Development , Human rights , Women rights and play our role in Emergencies (Natural & Human Made ). in other words it can be said that TDS works not only FOR the peoples but WITH the PEOPLE and BY the people
TDS has been trained 250 individuals (Volunteers) including girls and boys and women in different sectors e.g. Education, Health and enterprises development to eradicate the unemployment by support of different NGOs. TDS now stand in a firm footing. Currently TDS is working for a society, free of all kind discrimination and providing an enabling supportive environment to poor community for ensuring sustainable livelihood
Motivated by our concern for the country’s poverty , affecting mostly women and children, TDS’s mission is to provide access to primary education, health resources, prevent diseases and promote development, in social sector, through dynamic partnerships that build local capacity in efficient ways

TDS way of work is adapted to its environment and highly characteristic. Its initial projects focused on the development and led to a close relationship with local communities in its area. Building on this, it has made a gradual but paradigmatic shift from a program focused solely on service relief to one which combines development with a clear focus on rights. The consolidation of this locally developed. Holistic, bottom-up approach has transformed TDS into a confident community-led development organization working for a just society. Strategic Framework :

All its programs reflect its performance for methods built around partnership, social organization and advocacy.
