Visiting all these mothers reminds me of how a mother is concerned about everything in your life,from asking why you’re not coming home early, to worrying about your career, your marriage, your health, and everything in between.One mother asked me why I hadn’t visited earlier. Another, despite her age, remembered that I had once asked her to pray for my Umrah and Allah called you to His home in that same year.And I performed Umrah✨
One of them kissed my hand in a way that made me wish my mother was still here to do the same.I may not have my mother with me anymore, but I have so many mothers who pray for me. And for that, I will always be grateful.
Like every campaign, I end every visit with a dua for my mother,crying like a child, asking Allah to keep her in the gardens of Jannah.May He reunite us with my mother one day. Ameen!
