Labor Resource Centre (LRC) is a non-governmental development organization (NGDO) and was established by concerned and committed peoples from different walks of life in Nov. 02, 2002 to address the issues facing by the workers of informal sector. However it got registration on February 14, 2004.The Centre was envisioned to function as a hub for building human capacities and support underprivileged

and marginalized workforce, acquiring and adapting skills and knowledge through training, linking and learning, knowledge building and identify employment opportunities through viable but sustainable mechanisms. Its strength is mobilization, training and optimal utilization of available human resources.
