The following are the aims and objectives, which Idara Tolu-e-Islam has repeatedly announced and published. Everything else attributed to Tolu-e-Islam is devious and misleading propaganda of the opponents.
1. Human intellect by itself cannot solve the problems of life. It requires Wahi (revelation from Allah) for guidance just as the eyes need light for them to see.
2. The Wahi as revealed by All
ah is available in its final and complete form in the Holy Quran only, which is a guide for the human beings till eternity. Hence neither can any one receive the divine guidance directly from Allah nor can there be any Nabi or Rasool (messenger of Allah) any more. The Holy Quran is Allah's final and last Book and Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) is Allah's last Nabi and Rasool.
3. All of the claims of the Holy Quran are based on the true knowledge and its revelations are factual irrespective of time and space. In order to comprehend the Quranic facts and truths, it is compulsory that one is up to date with the human knowledge. Further, it is necessary to subjugate the forces of nature for the implementation of Allah's program, since the Holy Quran informs us that Allah has subjugated the whole Universe for the mankind.
4. The sacred life of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) is at the highest level of human nobility and magnificence. The authenticity of those parts of the Holy Prophet's life which are mentioned in the Holy Quran is beyond any doubt. Amongst the parts which are outside of the Holy Quran, if they contain anything against the Holy Quran or (God forbid) ridicule the Holy Prophet (PBUH), Tolu-e-Islam believes them to be false. Such parts should not be attributed to the Holy Prophet (PBUH). The same principle should be applied to the sacred lives of the Prophet's companions.
5. The objective of Al Deen, the way of life as ordained by Allah for the mankind, is to liberate the mankind from the obedience of other fellow humans and to make them follow the Laws of Allah. These laws can only be followed under a System of Government. Without the system, Al Deen can not be implemented.
6. The Holy Prophet (PBUH) was the first one to establish Al Deen..Under that system, everyone followed the laws and the regulations as given by the Holy Quran; and where the Holy Quran has given only principles, the laws of the government were made by mutual consultations, always staying within the limits set by the said principles.
7. After Rasool Allah (PBUH) the system of Al Deen was continued by the Khulfa-i-Rashideen, his pious successors. The system of the Government under them was same as was at the time of Rasool Allah (PBUH); that is to follow the laws and regulations as given by the Holy Quran, and where the Holy Quran has given principles only, to make laws by mutual consultations, always staying within the limits of these principles. This method could be called Khilafat ala Minhaje Risalat, succession on the path of Rasool Allah.
8. Unfortunately the Khilafat ala Minhaje Risalat was discontinued after some time. That let to the disintegration of the Muslim Ummat, the Muslim nation. At the time of Khilafat-i-Rashida, the pious succession, all matters were under the jurisdiction of Al Deen, but later dualism developed between the politics and the religion. This system continues to date.
9. Tolu-e-Islam's ideal is to establish Khilafat ala Minhaje Risalat once again, which will govern the Ummat once again as per the rules and regulations of Allah. It is obvious that first of all the lives of the individuals, who will run the system, will have to be as per the laws of Allah.
10. Since the system of Ad Deen (Khilafat ala Minhaje Risalat) will encircle all segments of life, hence the present dualism will be abolished. Under its system, one will not have to revert to the government for the political affairs, and to the clergy for the personal and religious affairs. In it, both of these divisions will be integrated.
11. Until and unless such a system is established, no one has the right to amend the present day practices and rituals such as Sal'at and Soam (the prayer and the fasting) etc. of any sect, or create new methods and call them the methods of Allah and Rasool.
12. The intent of the Quranic system is the continuous development of the latent potentialities of human beings as per the permanent values dictated by Allah. Therefore it is necessary that the system should ensure that the basic needs of all the members of the society such as food, clothing, housing, health care, and education etc. are provided for.
13. The Quranic system is unique and the only system of its kind. Therefore it cannot be amalgamated with any other system of the system of the world nor can it compromise with any. May it be western democratic capitalistic system or communism or socialism, Tolu-e-Islam considers them all to be man made (that is not given by Allah) and therefore false.
14. As far as the Ahadees (saying and stories attributed to the Prophet (PBUH)) are concerned, Tolu-e-Islam considers all such Ahadees to be true which are in accordance with the Holy Quran or which do not blemish the personality of the Holy Prophet and / or his companions.
15. Tolu-e-Islam considers all claimants of Wahi after Rasool Allah Mohammed (PBUH) out side the sphere of Islam.
16. Tolu-e-Islam is neither affiliated with any political party nor with any religious sect (it has nothing to do with the sect known as Ehle Quran.) Further, it does not want to create any new sect, since it considers creation of sects in Al Deen as Shirk. Tolu-e-Islam does not recommend making any changes in the methods of Sal'at or Soam as practiced by different sects. It practices the same. Tolu-e-Islam spread the teachings of the Holy Quran, so that the Quranic System (Khilafat ala Minhaje Risalat) could be established once again.
