Today, the KEMU Jamiat Team welcomed the newly appointed 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐫 , 𝐃𝐫. 𝐔𝐦𝐚𝐫 and extended our heartfelt congratulations, best wishes, and prayers for his successful tenure.

During the meeting, we discussed various important matters and student-related issues. Jamiat team, and Registrar Office mutually agreed that we will work together for the betterment, development, and progress of King Edward Medical University.

InshaAllah, with 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐄𝐟𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐬, dedication, and cooperation, we will continue striving for excellence and contribute towards the welfare of the institution and its students.

🌍 𝑩𝒓𝒊𝒅𝒈𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑩𝒐𝒓𝒅𝒆𝒓𝒔, 𝑩𝒖𝒊𝒍𝒅𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑩𝒓𝒐𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒓𝒉𝒐𝒐𝒅.

It was a privilege to host an 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐃𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 representing Indonesia, Malaysia, Bangladesh, Türkiye, and Australia during their visit to Pakistan. Hosted by 𝐈𝐬𝐥𝐚𝐦𝐢 𝐉𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐚𝐭 𝐓𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐚 𝐏𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧, the delegates visited the prestigious 𝑲𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑬𝒅𝒘𝒂𝒓𝒅 𝑴𝒆𝒅𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒍 𝑼𝒏𝒊𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒔𝒊𝒕𝒚, one of the oldest and most historic medical institutions in South Asia.

The delegates were deeply impressed by the university’s 𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐡 𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐠𝐞, 𝐚𝐜𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐜 𝐞𝐱𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞, and 𝐰𝐞𝐥𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐞𝐧𝐯𝐢𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭, and shared highly positive remarks about their experience.

وفاقی حکومتِ پاکستان کی جانب سے یکم جولائی 2026 سے نئے پے اسکیلز کے نفاذ اور اس کے بعد حکومتِ پنجاب کی جانب سے بھی انہی تاریخوں سے نئے پے اسکیلز کے اطلاق کے بعد، ہم پنجاب کے تمام سرکاری ٹیچنگ و ٹرشری کیئر ہسپتالوں میں خدمات انجام دینے والے ہاؤس آفیسرز اور پوسٹ گریجویٹ ریزیڈنٹس کے وظائف (Stipends) میں فوری اور مناسب اضافے کا مطالبہ کرتے ہیں۔

ہاؤس آفیسرز اور پوسٹ گریجویٹ ریزیڈنٹس ہسپتالوں کا بنیادی اور اولین طبی عملہ ہیں، جو دن رات، ایمرجنسی، وارڈز اور او پی ڈیز میں مریضوں کی مسلسل خدمت انجام دیتے ہیں اور 24 گھنٹے صحت کی سہولیات کی فراہمی کو یقینی بناتے ہیں۔

مہنگائی میں مسلسل اضافے کے باعث رہائش، آمدورفت، خوراک اور دیگر روزمرہ اخراجات میں نمایاں اضافہ ہو چکا ہے، جبکہ ان کے وظائف میں طویل عرصے سے کوئی متناسب اضافہ نہیں کیا گیا۔ اس صورتحال نے نوجوان ڈاکٹروں پر شدید مالی بوجھ ڈال دیا ہے۔

لہٰذا ہم حکومتِ پنجاب سے مطالبہ کرتے ہیں کہ ہاؤس آفیسرز اور پوسٹ گریجویٹ ریزیڈنٹس کے وظائف میں بھی نئے سرکاری پے اسکیلز کے مطابق فوری اضافہ کیا جائے تاکہ ان کی خدمات کا منصفانہ اعتراف کیا جا سکے اور وہ مالی پریشانی کے بغیر پوری توجہ کے ساتھ مریضوں کی خدمت جاری رکھ سکیں۔

The inauguration of Day 2 of the King Edward Educational Expo & Book Fair 2026 (KEBF 2026) was carried out with great honor and enthusiasm by:
