Dr. Jibran Bashir (Class of 2000)
Dr. Jibran Bashir, Ph.D. (Honoris Causa) in Leadership, is a distinguished alumnus of Crescent School, graduating with the Class of 2000. He is an internationally recognized entrepreneur, business strategist, leadership coach, corporate trainer, keynote speaker, researcher, and author, widely acknowledged for his contributions to leadership excellence, organizational transformation, and economic development.
With over two decades of professional experience, Dr. Jibran has established himself as one of Pakistan's leading thought leaders in business strategy and leadership development. He is the Founder of the Jibran Bashir Leadership Institute (JBLI) and also serves as the Group Owner Director of Iqbal Group of Companies, where he leads strategic initiatives focused on business growth, innovation, and organizational performance.
Throughout his distinguished career, Dr. Jibran has consulted more than 165 organizations, trained over 40,000 professionals, and coached more than 500 CEOs, directors, and senior executives across diverse industries. His work has significantly influenced leadership capability, strategic management, and organizational effectiveness in both the public and private sectors.
