Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan hosted a transformative workshop titled “Integrating Islamic Values,” bringing together 68 healthcare professionals from 33 hospitals across Pakistan, including Medical Superintendents (MS), Deputy Medical Superintendents (DMS), Administrators, and Islamic Hospital Focal Persons.
Addressing the gathering, President Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan, Prof. Dr. Hafeez Ur Rehman, emphasized the importance of faith-driven values in building a healthcare system rooted in compassion, accountability, cleanliness, dignity, and patient-centred care.
Dignitaries, including Secretary General Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan Syed Waqas Jafri; Chairman Alkhidmat Health Prof. Dr. M. Zahid Latif; Chairman Islamic Hospitals Consortium by FIMA Dr. Ishak Masud; Director Clinical Governance Punjab Healthcare Commission Dr. Mushtaq Sulehria; MS Alkhidmat Raazi Hospital Rawalpindi Dr. Usman Zafar; and CEO Alkhidmat Health Sufyan Ahmad Khan, graced the event and shared their insights on how these values can be integrated into everyday practice to create a lasting impact in the healthcare sector.
