We conducted a door to door survey and filled out questionnaires from different people of that area in order to identify their problems. And after gathering our data, we analyzed it and did a detailed discussion on how to take initiatives in order to implement our project. Furthermore we came across the problems which were poor infrastructure and we took initiative in order to remove thei core pro

blems which were of sewerage and garbage and at the end we defined our action plan on how to resolve those core problems.
