On this sacred occasion of Muharram, PYAM pays heartfelt tribute to Imam Hussain (RA), whose unmatched courage, sacrifice and unwavering commitment to truth continue to inspire humanity across generations.

The stand of Imam Hussain (RA) at Karbala was not for power or personal gain, it was a principled struggle against tyranny, oppression, falsehood and injustice. He proved that dignity, truth and justice are worth every sacrifice and that silence in the face of oppression is never an option.

His timeless message reminds us that every generation has a responsibility to resist falsehood, reject fraud and deception, stand against blackmail and exploitation and oppose injustice in every form regardless of who commits it or under what pretext.

Message to the Youth

Dear youth, you are the guardians of tomorrow. Let the legacy of Imam Hussain (RA) guide your character and actions. We are honored to share that Mahrukh Saman Lal (Co-founder of PYAM) has received the Dean’s Merit Award from her university for achieving the highest GPA in her semester.

This achievement holds deep personal significance for her, as she began her Master’s in Security and Strategic Studies after a long break following her bachelor’s degree.

She beautifully reflects: “All my wins belong to Him, and all my failures are mine. He grants me more than I ask for and provides for me even in my sleep. I am deeply grateful to my Lord, who fills my heart with peace and gratitude. All praise and thanks belong to Him.”
