Lahore Music Forum A group created with the aim to improve the quality of classical music in Pakistan.

The concept of the Lahore Music Forum has been initiated to raise the musical standards of classical music in Pakistan. The decline in standards is due largely to the absence of a platform where musicians could perform for fellow musicians and connoisseurs. It is a paradox that musicians, who in theory know more about music than anyone else, lose sight over the years of aesthetics and concentrate

only on technique and physical stamina. The Forum aspires to improve the performance standards by constructive criticism and suitable honorarium.
