1. Call to Order
The meeting was formally called to order by President Rtn. Muhammad Bilawal Chaudhary , along with Club Secretary Rtn. Azhar Warraich , who warmly welcomed all members and guests. The session commenced on a positive and cordial note.
2. Recognition of Guests
The Chair Membership PP Rizwan Ahmed formally recognized and welcomed the visiting guests, appreciating their presence and encouraging their continued engagement with Rotary initiatives. He emphasized the importance of fellowship, collaboration, and knowledge-sharing in achieving Rotary’s service objectives.

3. Singapore Delegation Visit Briefing
The club extends its appreciation to Editor-in-Chief Rtn. Rizwan Ahmed and Editor Rtn. Osman Raja for their efforts in compiling and presenting the special publication of Rotary Club of Kampong Gelam Visit under the dynamic leadership of President Bilawal Hanif. The Club Secretary Azhar Warraich also briefed members on the delegation visit.
4. Tree Plantation Drive Briefing – Rtn M S Babar
The Adopt-a-Tree Project at Jallo Park was a great success, with 3,500 trees planted. The Forest Department has allocated 1.28 acres, now named “Rotary Garden.” Members were encouraged to continue caring for the trees to ensure long-term environmental impact.
5. Secretary-Elect Briefing – Rtn. Wahab Yunus
Rtn. Wahab Yunus represented Rotary Club of Lahore City - RCLC at the Rotary Club of Tokyo South, gaining valuable insights into international collaboration and strengthening global Rotary connections.
6. Guest Speaker
Mr. Muhammad Javed Gill
Former Chief Conservator, Forest Department
Mr. Gill shared valuable insights into Pakistan’s forestry landscape and appreciated the Rotary Club of Lahore City’s efforts in tree plantation. He emphasized the critical importance of afforestation, environmental conservation, and addressing the challenges of global warming.
7. Dinner & Fellowship
The meeting concluded with dinner and fellowship at Sofra Restaurant, providing members with an opportunity for informal interaction, strengthening camaraderie, and reinforcing the spirit of Rotary fellowship.
