The District Health & Population Department Faisalabad conducted four comprehensive sessions aimed at strengthening the Expanded Programme on Immunization (EPI) through enhanced surveillance, data accountability, and operational logistics. The events brought together key stakeholders, including the CEO Health, WHO representatives, pediatricians, and field supervisors, to address critical gaps in the immunization framework.

The review meetings specifically prioritized measles surveillance indicators, tracking vaccinator attendance via EMR dashboards, and resolving interpersonal communication challenges to build stronger community trust. Additionally, a specialized trickle-down training session was held for district storekeepers and healthcare officers to streamline the reporting of leftover bOPV vaccines during campaigns, establishing a dedicated focal person to ensure strict asset management and field-level accountability.
