PYP Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Leadership Visits Bharosa Rehabilitation Center, Peshawar

President Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Jamal Ahmad Khan, accompanied by Acting General Secretary KP, Syed Danyal Shah, visited the Bharosa Rehabilitation Center, Peshawar, where they met with Director Mr. Haris Saeed.

The delegation received a detailed briefing from the Director and staff regarding the center’s operations and rehabilitation services, followed by a tour of the facility.

A constructive discussion was also held on drug abuse, rehabilitation and treatment approaches, along with measures to address the growing challenge of substance abuse and promote a healthier, drug-free society.

The Pakistan Youth Parliament (PYP) – South Punjab had the honour of conducting a Delegation Visit & Interactive Session with Irfan Ali Kathia, Commissioner Bahawalpur Division.

The session featured a productive discussion on youth engagement, leadership, public service, governance, and the role of young people in shaping Pakistan's future. Delegates actively participated in an engaging Question & Answer session, exchanging ideas and gaining valuable insights from the Commissioner.

As a token of appreciation, the PYP delegation presented a souvenir and the traditional Ajrak, symbolizing Pakistan's rich cultural heritage and unity.

We extend our sincere gratitude to the Honourable Commissioner for his warm hospitality, valuable guidance, and unwavering encouragement of youth participation in nation-building.

The Pakistan Youth Parliament (PYP) had the opportunity to attend an informative session on the Prime Minister’s Youth Programme (PMYP), where the Coordinator briefed us on its vision, journey, and ongoing initiatives focused on empowering Pakistan’s youth.

The session highlighted key opportunities in education, digital access, scholarships, entrepreneurship, skills development, sports, e-sports, agriculture, leadership, and international opportunities.

From the Laptop Scheme and PM Digital Youth Hub to Talent Hub, Perfect Pitch, youth capacity-building programmes, and youth summits, the discussion showcased various pathways available for young Pakistanis to learn, grow, innovate, and lead.

The session also emphasised the importance of collaboration between youth organisations, educational institutions, and NGOs to ensure these opportunities reach more young people across Pakistan.

Together, let’s empower our youth and shape a stronger, more progressive Pakistan. 🇵🇰
