We are pleased to share that an engaging Youth Well-Being session was successfully conducted at Falah Foundation, with active participation from 20 students. The session focused on two important themes aimed at promoting environmental awareness and mental well-being among young learners.

1. Mangroves – Trees that Protect Our Coasts
This session highlighted the importance of mangroves, their environmental benefits, the threats they face in Pakistan, and practical ways to protect them. The session concluded with an interactive slogan-writing activity, where students expressed their commitment to environmental conservation.

2. Healthy Habits for a Healthy Mind
Focused on mental well-being, stress management, and the development of healthy daily habits, this session encouraged students to reflect on their emotional health. Through a self-evaluation activity, students assessed their mental wellness and gained insight into maintaining a healthier mindset.

The enthusiastic participation and thoughtful feedback from students reflect our continued commitment to youth development through environmental awareness and mental health education.

As part of the FAST Sustainability Club initiative, the ‘Trash to Treasure’ activity under the Environmental Sustainability theme was successfully conducted at Falah Foundation.

Students from Grades 5–9 participated enthusiastically in groups, transforming everyday waste into creative and eco-friendly prototypes. Using materials such as newspapers, card paper, wooden sticks, plastic bottles, plastic spoons, plastic cups, and other reusable items, the students demonstrated how discarded materials can be repurposed into meaningful and useful creations.

The activity encouraged innovative thinking around sustainability, with the top three groups awarded 1st, 2nd, and 3rd positions based on the evaluation criteria.

Through the FAST Sustainability Club, we continue to inspire young minds to adopt responsible environmental practices and contribute toward a more sustainable future.

As part of the FAST Sustainability Club initiative, the ‘Trash to Treasure’ activity was successfully conducted at Government Girls High School, Harbanspura under the Environmental Sustainability theme.

Students from Grades 6–9 participated enthusiastically in groups, transforming everyday waste into creative and eco-friendly prototypes. Using materials such as newspapers, plastic bottles, wooden sticks, tiles, card paper, and other reusable items, the students showcased how waste can be repurposed into meaningful and useful creations.

The Smog Speech Competition, the second activity under the FAST Sustainability Club, was successfully held at Falah Foundation Lahore, bringing together enthusiastic students from Grade 8 to 10 to raise awareness about environmental responsibility.

After an engaging initial round, four students advanced to the final stage, where the top three participants were awarded 1st, 2nd, and 3rd positions based on the judging criteria.

This initiative reflects our ongoing commitment to promoting youth well-being, sustainability awareness, and responsible environmental thinking among the next generation.

The Smog Speech Competition, the first activity under the FAST Sustainability Club, was successfully conducted at GGHS Harbanspura, encouraging young voices to speak up about environmental responsibility.

Students from Grade 7 to 10 participated with great enthusiasm, supported by the school management’s efforts in actively engaging them. After the initial round, six students were shortlisted for the final stage, where the top three participants were awarded 1st, 2nd, and 3rd positions based on the judging criteria.
