While the rest of the world wakes up to the comfort of a turning tap, Sorath’s morning begins with a five kilometer trek under the burning sun of Umerkot.

Every single day, survival demands a painful price. She pulls water from a deep, unforgiving well until her hands swell, lifting heavy clay pots that strain her body to its absolute limits. This isn’t just a journey for water, it is a relentless daily cycle that is stealing her health and her time away from her children.

But her story doesn’t have to be defined by this burden. Change is within reach, and we have the power to rewrite her future.
