Job Opportunity: Speech Therapist Required
Mother and Child Rehabilitation Society, a well-reputed organization working for children with special needs (Autism, Down Syndrome, ADHD, Hearing Impairment, etc.), is looking for a dedicated and qualified Speech Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team.
Position: Speech Therapist
Location: Lahore
Job Type: Full-time
Experience Required: Minimum 1-2 years (Fresh graduates with internship experience can also apply)
Qualification: BS/Master in Speech & Language Pathology (Recognized by HEC/PMDC)
Job Responsibilities:
Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, and communication disorders.
Provide individualized therapy plans for children with special needs.
Work collaboratively with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and psychologists.
Guide and counsel parents about home-based speech exercises.
Maintain progress records and write periodic reports.
Skills Required:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Patience, empathy, and passion for working with children
Ability to design creative and engaging therapy sessions
Knowledge of AAC devices and therapy tools (preferred)
