KIRMAL ZAIB FOUNDATION is an organization dedicated to all kinds of work of social & development, charitable/non-profitable and emergency aid in collaboration and integration with other local & international development organizations concerned to the similar humanitarian charter. To organize a principal office, branch offices or construct any building (Hall, library, school etc.) for carrying out
the objectives of the organization. Relief aid to the victims of Natural & Man-made Catastrophes (according to Minimum Standards and Humanitarian Charter) and rehabilitation through KIRMAL ZAIB FOUNDATION social projects. Work for all kind of human development i.e. Health (water & sanitation), formal & Informal Education, Computer Literacy, Vocational Trainings, Services, Development, Social Services, Child, Youth & Women Development and also Human Rights (Child right, women rights, voice against discrimination etc.) In education sector promotion of existing educational structures and systems in the target areas and promotion of extra curricular activities among the youth and children. To construct service halls, schools, orphanages, shelter homes, buildings, colleges, seminaries etc. to meet the requirements of the organization’s growing work and needs in Pakistan. To provide whenever and wherever possible, education along with integration of the existing schools, government structures, other private education sectors in Pakistan. To struggle (workshops, seminars, conferences, publications and campaigns) for peace building in the region through interfaith harmonies. To promote the work of KIRMAL ZAIB FOUNDATION and coordinate its activities with other, organizations and institutions working for the same grounds. Promote the growth of professional, social, charitable and developmental works and their methods. Provide the maximum, professional and common education and trainings to its workers in the various fields of development to support their work scientifically and particularly through adequate literature and other necessary material. Keep the public, institutions regularly informed of its work through publications, reports, newsletters etc. Represent KIRMAL ZAIB FOUNDATION in matters beyond the KIRMAL ZAIB FOUNDATION branch units and cooperate as much as possible with Government, Humanitarian Organizations. To work as closely as possible with national and international organizations of similar faith and like minded development organizations and other institutions that are engaged in similar activities. Solicit; receive foreign or local donations, financial aid, gifts, banquets and legacies of any sort, to sustain the operation activities of the Organization. Purchase, hire, acquire, lease and lease out any property, movable or immovable, borrow and invest funds, and open accounts in any scheduled bank. Hire service personnel, grant and pay an adequate sum to any person in recognition and remuneration of services. The organization shall be committed to take all such actions as may be deemed necessary for achievement of any or all aims and objective of the organization whether directly or indirectly.
