1.

Be able to view a habitat and understand the various components and processes that are at work there
2. Understand that wildlife species have specific habitat requirements
3. Understand how habitats change over time, the causes of change, and the impact of the change on wildlife and people
4. Understand how wildlife management strategies and techniques can be applied to bring desirable changes to

wildlife species
5. Be aware of the changes in social attitudes towards wildlife and how and why they affect wildlife and influence politics
6. Have a comprehensive understanding of the effects of biological, chemical and physical hazards in the environment on human and ecosystem health, and the means of managing these hazards.
