🧠 جب ذہنی دباؤ حد سے بڑھ جائے تو دماغ بھی “Functional Freeze” کا شکار ہو سکتا ہے

کیا کبھی ایسا محسوس ہوا ہے کہ آپ مسلسل ذہنی دباؤ، پریشانی یا لوگوں کے دباؤ کے بعد اچانک خود کو بہت تھکا ہوا، بے حس یا روزمرہ کے معمولی کاموں سے بھی دور محسوس کرنے لگتے ہیں؟

یہ کیفیت بعض اوقات “Functional Freeze” سے منسلک ہو سکتی ہے، جس میں انسان بظاہر معمول کے کام کرتا رہتا ہے، لیکن اندر سے شدید ذہنی تھکن اور جذباتی بوجھ محسوس کر سکتا ہے۔

کبھی کبھی آگے بڑھنے سے پہلے خود کو سنبھلنے کا موقع دینا بھی ضروری ہوتا ہے۔
