" The Holy Spirit Comes at Pentecost "
When the day of Pentecost came, they were all together in one place. Suddenly a sound like the blowing of a violent wind came from heaven and filled the whole house where they were sitting. 3They saw what seemed to be tongues of fire that separated and came to rest on each of them. All of them were filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other tongues[a] as the Spirit enabled them.
رُوحُ القُدس کا نزُول
جب عِیدِ پِنتیکُست کا دِن آیا تو وہ سب ایک جگہ جمع تھے۔ کہ یکایک آسمان سے اَیسی آواز آئی جَیسے زور کی آندھی کا سنّاٹا ہوتا ہے اور اُس سے سارا گھر جہاں وہ بَیٹھے تھے گُونج گیا۔ اور اُنہیں آگ کے شُعلہ کی سی پھٹتی ہُوئی زُبانیں دِکھائی دِیں اور اُن میں سے ہر ایک پر آ ٹھہرِیں۔ اور وہ سب رُوحُ القُدس سے بھر گئے اور غَیر زُبانیں بولنے لگے جِس طرح رُوح نے اُنہیں بولنے کی طاقت بخشی۔
