Hence, after gathering up, we decided to let people know about the things which are worth important than ignoring. You all are born but You all want to know , "How this HOMO SAPIEN(s) has been formed." So basica

lly our focal aim is to acknowledge people of how things and people were in the earlier times. How reforms taken place, just a clap and done or any efforts ? How people struggled , worth ignoring or respected ? We are on our way and HIRE is here to people. As a matter of legitimacy of this organization we will do our best in achieving something which might have no return to us but a thanks and happiness of letting the people know about the things which are merely happening in their daily life.

23rd March. A Day to commemorate the sacrifices and efforts of the Founding Fathers of this Country , not just a holiday to recreate . So basically how you can remember them "by not just cramming their names " but "by respecting their efforts and praising their sacrifices , and following their footsteps in the passageway of success and reforms for the betterment of Green Land " . I wish here will be blossoms again that will have a long lasting smell , which will be beneficial to this country. Who ever reading this , You all are amazing , talented and full of potentials , Just do whatever you can do for the prosperity of our country . Our country need our loyalty and love.
And here are some of them who showed their interest and love for Pakistan , we love you for such a response from your side. May Allah Bring you and everyone success trying to do anything for our homeland .

The 8th of March , International Women's Day.
Today is the day we acknowledge appreciation and recognize the efforts of women in the world. The International Women’s day is a time for all of us to look about and for once take the time to truly appreciate the marvel and beauty of the works of women all around us. The roles that they fulfil, and the sacrifices they make are a standing testimony to what generations upon generations of mothers, daughters, wives, and sisters have achieved.
The international women’s day is a special day to commemorate the women who made history. It highlights the labours of the spirit-shifters, the visionaries, and the revolutionaries of humankind. These are the women who were not prepared to be confined to fate what society had laid down for them, but went ahead to mould the world for the better when no one else would. They were the birth-givers of change, and the bearers of innovation and reform, making their mark across the pages of history.
So let this day be for the ones who stood up or will stand up and went against the stream or will go against the stream. For those who has the courage to stand with what is right and to defy what is wrong . For those who were senseless enough to ask for their voting rights when all ridiculed them. For those who mindlessly pushed on towards their passion for science and learning, even though the world wrote them off as worthless. For those who were tried to be hammered down with fear of failure but followed their dreams with relentless obsession. For those who were tried to silenced, only to fight back with all their might. Fools they were called. Blabbering lunatics going after what had been believed to be the impossible.
So let this day be for the crazy ones. The ones who knew no danger, the ones who cared not for what troubles faced them in their endeavour for changing society, and the ones who blatantly defied what they were told were the limits of a woman.
And thats all folks , the hipe they achieved in their practical lives is because of all the enthusiam they lit in themselevs to climb upto a cliff of success of which slope is full of hardships.
Remember this day as one of reforming day.

Pilot Officer Rashid Minhas or Rashid Minhas Shaheed, NH, (Urdu: راشد منہاس شہید) (February 17, 1951 – August 20, 1971) was a Pilot in the Pakistan Air Force (PAF). Minhas, a newly commissioned officer at that time (1971), is the only PAF officer to receive the highest valour award, the Nishan-e-Haider. He is also the youngest person and the shortest-serving officer to have received this award. He is remembered for his death in 1971 in a jet trainer crash while struggling to regain the controls from a defecting pilot: flight instructor Matiur Rahman.
