With 290 registrations and 151 participants, STAR Webinar III marked the successful conclusion of the STAR Webinar Series 2026, as part of the PAHCHAAN Digital Childhood Initiative (PDCI).

In โ€œRaise Them Screen Smart,โ€ Dr. Muhammad Zeshan, Harvard-trained, board-certified Child and Adult Psychiatrist and Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School, shared practical approaches to managing unregulated screen use.

He emphasized that the focus should go beyond the number of hours to what children are watching, why they are using screens, and how it affects their everyday lives.

From stronger family communication to developing a Family Media Plan, the key message was clear: connection before correction.
