Balancing the weight of leadership with a very real need for a long nap and a little bit of quiet. I stepped into the role of President because I believe that the best leaders are the ones who aren’t afraid to admit they’re human. My mission is to build a society where we treat our minds with the same gentleness we’d give a friend. We’re here to trade the pressure of “having it all together” for honest conversations and genuine support. I’m looking forward to leading this team as we prove that protecting our peace is the most productive thing we can do.

Powered by coffee, deadlines, and the occasional existential crisis, joining a Mental Health Society felt less like a choice and more like destiny. I’m passionate about creating spaces where conversations are honest, support is accessible, and well-being is prioritized. Excited to work alongside an incredible team to break stigmas, promote awareness, and remind everyone that asking for help is a sign of strength—not weakness. Here’s to meaningful conversations, positive change, and making mental health a priority, one step at a time.
