Under the project “Strengthening Human Rights Governance in Punjab,” a two-day training workshop was successfully completed for government officials from the districts of Faisalabad, Jhang, and Nankana Sahib.

The project is jointly implemented by Human Friends Organization (HFO) in collaboration with the Government of Punjab’s Department of Human Rights and Minorities Affairs, contributing to stronger human rights governance and institutional capacity across Punjab.

The First Secretary of the German Embassy in Pakistan visited HFO President Sajid Christopher and held a productive discussion on HFO’s ongoing project, “Human Rights Governance.”

She highly appreciated HFO’s continued contribution to the promotion and protection of human rights in Pakistan.

Successfully completed the 2nd day of the training workshop for government officials from Gujranwala, Narowal, and Sialkot, serving as members of the District Human Rights Committees (DHRCs).

The training is part of the project “Strengthening Human Rights Governance in Punjab,” implemented by Human Friends Organization (HFO) in collaboration with the Human Rights & Minorities Affairs Department, Government of Punjab.
