A young son. The twinkle in his mother’s eyes.
A life full of dreams that hadn’t even begun.Snatched away by cruel hands.
A mother raised him with endless love, nurturing him under the shade of her care. She stayed awake through countless nights for him, carried his pain as her own, and wrapped every dream of his in her prayers… never imagining that one day, she would see him lying lifeless before her—murdered.
What was his crime?
Only that he wanted to live,to be with his family, under the protection of his mother’s prayers.
Today, a mother’s world has been destroyed.
The sparkle in her eyes, the peace in her heart—buried along with her son.
This is not just the murder of Abdullah.
This is the murder of a mother’s entire life.
It is a question mark on the face of justice.
How long will mothers keep lifting the dead bodies of their young sons?
How long will oppression remain powerful, and justice remain weak?
How long will politicians like Tasneem Nasir mock the death of our children?
And how long will the police remain trapped in corruption, bribery, and political influence instead of protecting our children and delivering justice?
A mother’s tears ask for nothing but justice…
And justice will only be served when the oppressor is brought to account.
Under the influence of Tasneem Nasir, Punjab Police has failed to deliver justice to Abdullah.
Only the CCD can ensure justice is served.

I am Abdullah Mir.
On the 11th of this month in Dhok Chhamala, Jhelum, while my uncle Rukhsar Mir and I were harvesting wheat, we were brutally murdered by a beast named Amir Gujjar (son of Bashir, from the Gujjar caste, a resident of Chhamala, Tehsil Dina, District Jhelum). I was just an innocent child. My mother had countless dreams for me, but in a single moment, her world was shattered. If there were justice in Pakistan, Amir would have already faced his fate.
After hearing about the brutality committed against us, the CCD took action and reportedly conducted raids. The killer went into hiding after murdering us, trying to escape the law. Meanwhile, his brother, sitting in Germany, colluded with district president Tasneem Nasir of the Pakistan Peoples Party, who used his influence to assure protection for the murderer.
, who calls himself a public representative, gave the killer shelter in his home, hosted him, and assured him he wont be handed over to ccd. Later, he presented him before the DPO to stage an arrest, ensuring he would not be handed over to the CCD. Initially, tasneem's entire role was kept secret, but when days passed and the arrest wasn’t made public, and fears arose that the case might be handed over to the CCD.Khurram Shahzad (son of Bashir, from the Gujjar caste, formerly of Chhamala, Tehsil Dina, District Jhelum), residing in Germany, exposed Tasneem Nasir’s true face through a video on tiktok.
Today, Tasneem Nasir is offering justifications on social media, but his words clearly show sympathy for the killer and blame toward us. He is portraying two unarmed and innocent uncle and nephew as goons, and ignoring the pain of my brother Bilal Mir, who was seriously injured in the attack.
In our view, Tasneem Nasir and the Jhelum Police Official are our culprits as much as amir, who failed to hand the killer over to the CCD.

I appeal with a heavy heart for CM Govt of Punjab Maryam Nawaz Sharif to grant us justice and ensure that the killer is handed over to the CCD, so that my mother may find some peace.

Finally, I request the leadership of the Pakistan Peoples Party Bilawal Bhutto Zardari to expel Tasneem Nasir from the party, so that public trust can be restored.

This is not just my voice from beyond the grave,it is the cry of a mother with a broken heart.

As winter begins in Punjab, yet another dark and shameful tradition resurfaces — dog fighting.

Brutal matches where helpless dogs are bloodied, beaten and forced to fight for the entertainment of crowds. Bets are placed, people cheer, cameras roll — and humanity hangs its head in disgrace.

All of this happens in a country where animal cruelty is a crime. Yet in many villages and towns across Punjab, these underground fights peak every December and January. No oversight. No accountability. No mercy.

This is not a sport.
It is violence, abuse and a criminal act.

We strongly urge Govt of Punjab Maryam Nawaz Sharif Punjab Police Pakistan to take immediate action:

🐾 Issue province-wide alerts in all districts
🐾 Crack down on events being promoted on social media
🐾 Take strict legal action against organisers, participants and those involved in betting

Dog fighting is not just cruelty against animals — it is a stain on our humanity.
Compassion, awareness and law are what separate us from brutality.

This is the moment for Punjab to end this shameful practice once and for all.
Because being human is not just about living — it’s about showing mercy.

🌾 When Nature Stands Guard for the Farmer 🕊️

On the way back from the river, something unexpected made us stop — a common myna in hot pursuit of a rat.
At first glance, it looked like just another countryside moment, but it was so much more — a glimpse into how nature quietly protects those who protect the land.

While we often see mynas as noisy city birds, in truth they’re part of an incredible natural defence system.
By feeding on insects and rodents that damage crops, they act as silent helpers — saving farmers from losses and keeping the ecosystem in balance.

Every creature, no matter how small or ordinary it seems, plays its part in nature’s grand design.
All we need to do is give them space, respect, and a safe environment to thrive — and they’ll keep doing what they’ve always done: protecting life.

✨ Nature doesn’t need fixing — it just needs understanding.

It’s heartbreaking to see that in 2025, the Mongoose— a protected species under the Punjab Wildlife Act — is still being exploited for cruel “snake vs. Neola” street fights.

These innocent animals are starved, chained, and forced to fight for public amusement, while some social media influencers shamelessly record and post these videos just to earn views and money.

This is not entertainment, not tradition — it’s torture and a violation of law.
Anyone supporting or sharing such content is equally responsible for this cruelty.

📢 We urge Punjab Wildlife and Parks Department to take immediate action to end these barbaric shows and hold those promoting them accountable.

🕊️ Lahore Bird Market Demolished — Humanity Buried Beneath the Rubble

Under the orders of the Govt of Punjab , LDA bulldozed the historic Bhatti Chowk Bird Market — leaving behind broken cages, lifeless birds, and heartbroken shopkeepers.

This wasn’t development — it was cruelty disguised as progress.
No plan for rescue, no relocation, no compassion. Just dust, death, and silence.

We strongly condemn the Punjab Government’s inhumane action and demand accountability.
True progress can never come at the cost of innocent lives.

Outstanding Rescue Operation by D.I.Khan Wildlife Division 👏

Acting on a secret tip-off, the raid party supervised by SDWO D.I. Khan Malik Saqib successfully foiled an attempt to smuggle eurasiain cranes.

32 cranes (26 alive + 6 dead) were recovered from a passenger bus on the Indus Highway within the jurisdiction of Gomal University Police Station. The birds were being transported from Karachi to Bannu.

A case has been registered against the offenders under the Wildlife and Biodiversity Act 2015.
The rescued birds have been shifted to Wildlife Park D.I. Khan for proper care.

We salute the brave staff of Wildlife Department D.I. Khan for their dedication and outstanding efforts! 🦅🌿💚

Warning : Graphic content & animals cruelty

The private ownership of exotic and rare wildlife in Pakistan has become a shameful and dangerous trend. Lions, tigers, crocodiles, snakes, and rare birds are kept by the wealthy elite merely as “status symbols” and for flaunting their wealth. This practice is not only cruel to the animals but also poses a serious threat to public safety.

The licensing system has become a mockery—irresponsible and unqualified individuals are granted permission to keep dangerous wild animals. These owners are completely unaware of the animals’ nature and needs, yet they proudly display their ignorance on social media. Lions are paraded through neighborhoods as if they were pet cats, crocodiles are kept in swimming pools, and snakes are treated as living room decorations. Authorities will likely wake up only after a major disaster occurs.

These animals are magnificent creations of nature, not ornaments for your farmhouses or drawing rooms. Unfortunately, Pakistan’s weak rule of law allows illegal wildlife trade and private ownership to thrive, giving free rein to individuals who neither understand these animals’ needs nor care about public safety.

The time for reforms has passed—it is now imperative to put an immediate end to this criminal trend.

Demands:

1. Complete Ban: Impose a total ban on the import, sale, and private ownership of dangerous and exotic wild animals.
2. Strict Review of Licenses: Conduct a comprehensive and strict review of all existing licenses, revoking any illegal or unnecessary ones immediately.
3. Severe Penalties: Impose heavy fines and strict punishments for irresponsible owners and law violators.
4. Public Awareness Campaigns: Launch nationwide campaigns to educate people about the fact that these animals belong in the wild, not in private captivity.

If the government and relevant authorities continue to ignore this issue, it will not only lead to further violations of these innocent animals’ rights but also increase the risks to public safety and lives.
