Chanan Development Association (CDA) is a national youth-led organization founded in 2004 and registered in 2006. CDA aims to provide opportunities to youth and women to explore, enhance and utilize their knowledge, capabilities and skills to improve their status in the society and earn appropriate recognition of their contributions . The high risk behaviors, lack of awareness and involvement of youth and women in decision / policy making, huge power distance and discriminatory laws and customs encouraged CDA to envisaged plan of actions to empower both the vulnerable groups. CDA is employing innovative implements in its programs, i.e. Interactive Theatre

For millions, periods during crisis are more than discomfort, it means missed , , , and compromised .

This , Chanan Development Association (CDA) Pakistan stands with every menstruator experiencing periods through conflict, displacement, disaster, and hardship. We are not only breaking stigma but working toward a world where menstrual dignity is recognized as a basic human right, not a luxury.

The session was part of our ongoing efforts to promote menstrual dignity through the program, with support from Fòs Feminista through the Sang Pour Sang Initiative and the French Development Agency (AFD - Agence Française de Développement).

By engaging community influencers, we created safe spaces for dialogue, learning, and meaningful change reinforcing that menstruation is not just a biological process, but a matter of , , and .
