This collection from the ASM Agar Art Contest 2025, themed "Microbes Make the World Go Round", by the ASM International Student Chapter .studentchapter.pu in collaboration with , invites you on a journey through the vibrant world of agar art - where each plate of these young microbiologists from Pakistan beautifully captures the creativity and curiosity sparked when science meets imagination.

Students from University of the Punjab (PU), University of Central Punjab (UCP), Government College University Lahore (GCUL), University of Management and Technology (UMT), University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences (UVAS), and Gulab Devi Educational Complex presented their microbial artworks.

The event brought together microbiology students and researchers to explore the intersection of art and science, using living microbes as their artistic medium. Participants created vibrant agar-based artworks to highlight the vital roles microorganisms play in nature.
