The voices in your ears, the names behind the scripts, and the team turning half-formed ideas into episodes people actually finish. The Podcast Department handles everything from concept to recording to the inevitable “wait, can we redo that intro”, twice

Fahad might just be the least likely person for a job built on listening, because let’s be honest, he talks more than he listens. Ironically directing a department built entirely on other people’s voices.

Aiza is usually either talking about her dogs or convincing someone to “just make a TikTok real quick”. She can talk to pretty much anyone about anything, and somehow makes people feel instantly at ease which works out well as Director for Podcasts, where conversations are kind of the whole point.

If you don’t see Ali in the library reading some Shakespeare play, you’ll probably find him going for a swim, taking photos of the campus cats, or heading out to play some golf. Between all that, it’s a miracle he finds the time to study (he doesn’t, but he’s a History major, so it’s okay).

Zarwa is usually found keeping busy with the most diverse range of activities one could think of. Quick-witted and fiercely determined, she brings natural charm and a no-nonsense vibe as RadioLUMS Co-AD—but you do not want to get into a debate with her unless you have a lot of time to lose.

Meet Abdul Rehman Abbasi. Hand him a microphone, and we guarantee you won’t be bored (kaanon ki koi guarantee nahi hai). When he’s on campus, you’ll catch him either playing badminton or in the library watching Sidemen. Back at the hostel, he’s dropping full-time chussain so bad they somehow actually land.

They say the best conversations happen off the mic first. This team just happens to know how to put them back on it.

Welcome to the HR department, the one that brings it all together! 🌟🌟🌟

The name that needs no introduction. The life of every hangout, when he actually decides to grace us with his presence. The one who’s somehow got it all under control, introducing our very resourceful and very beloved director, Taemur Ahmed.

Our very own shot of espresso, Natalia Paracha who brings brains, style, vibes and infectious energy to the room. Calm, witty and effortlessly put together, she’s the perfect mix of charm and confidence, the kind of person who makes every room feel a little brighter.

The calm behind the chaos, the streak of sanity behind the craziness of the HR department, Suha Rahman is always there to notice even the tiniest details and ensure perfection from all angles. She’s super efficient, energetic and proactive, and somehow always brings her A-game to the table, no matter what.

Sherry, our chronically online, resident meme expert who never misses a trend. Always down for a plan and the kind of friend you can count on for absolutely anything. Whether it’s laughs, last-minute chaos or showing up when it matters, Sherry’s always there.

Introducing the work force for all the fun at RadioLums - The Events Department.

Heading this team as Directors to make sure all events run like a dream is Abdullah Sher, who likes to fit in his favourite quote “Rabb ki nemat behisaab bhai pe” whenever he pulls of something that even surprises himself (which is quite often to be honest). You’ll often find Sher emphasising on attention to detail or doing crazy random side quests because “masti nahi rukni chahye”.

Along with him sharing this position is Barlasaaa or simply: Saeed Mukhtar Barlas. You can call him by either one of his names (just pick one). You’d catch him being hopefully optimistic in situations where it doesn’t seem like it, but surprisingly (and not so surprisingly at the same time) it all works out in the end (qudrat ka nizam and a lot of hard work behind the scenes).

Working alongside them are the Assistant Directors Zobia, who’s curious, competitive, and always overcommitted (She calls it “being involved”). She runs on cola, chaos, overthinking, and confidence (mostly delusion, but it works..kind of)

along with her shares the position Saad , whose biggest talent is saying “how bad could it be” , 5 minutes before things get considerably worse.

Meet the faces behind the SnF team!

First up, Laibah, our energetic campus explorer who’s always on the move, loves side quests, café hopping, and making sure everyone has the best time together 💫

Then there’s Fahad, a rising CS junior who somehow survives the coding chaos, enjoys robotics as a hobby, and never misses the chance to joke about the “job market” 🤖😂

Next is Rumaisa, who finds joy in sketching and dreams of exploring Pakistan’s breathtaking northern areas one trip at a time 🎨🏔️

Meet Muniza, an Econ & Maths major who’s always up for adventurous side hustles and is famously known among friends for her uncanny “psychic” intuition 🔮✨

Finally, Farzeen, our chai enthusiast from Islamabad, powered by 2 to 3 cups a day and excited to bring another year of S&F experience to the team ☕💙

Here’s to new memories, great teamwork, and an amazing year ahead! 🚀

If you’ve ever had an idea that was too big, too weird, or too much effort for anyone else to take on, this is the department that handles it.

We lead with the people worth listening to, then actually sit down with them documenting lessons that don’t fit into a caption. Some of that lives in thirty seconds, some needs ten minutes and your full attention. We’re making both.

Leading it is Danyaal, who overanalyses everything from Spider-Man to startups and doesn’t operate before 11 AM without chai. Beside him is Mutahir, co-director, who takes part in every side quest and has never been caught once.

Then Khadija, assistant director, always carrying a camera (unless she’s lost it again) and something sentimental she’ll tell you the whole story behind. And Amna, our other AD, two novels in progress, most of Shakespeare read by fourteen, and will out-write, out-talk and out-hug everyone here. Give us a story and we’ll give you a reason to sit through it.

Introducing the Publicity & Promotions Directorate.

Leading the team are our Directors. Meet Khadija, who survives almost entirely on coffee and overthinks absolutely everything. Somehow, she’s both a night owl and an early bird—which basically means she just doesn’t sleep. Alongside her is Raazia, who somehow manages to squeeze a movie reference into every conversation. She never misses a fit check, and “one more take” is rarely ever just one.

Supporting them are our Assistant Directors. Aleesha is ambitious, adaptable, and always ready to take on new challenges. She genuinely cares about the people around her and strives to leave every place—and every person—a little better than she found them. Muizzah is fueled by peach iced tea, a love for board games, and an enthusiasm for impromptu plans. Then there’s Rohaan, our Econ sophomore who traded his freshman design setup for PnP. He’s casually better than you at every sport imaginable, but don’t worry he’s mostly just trying to wrap this up so he can retire by 30.

Together, they’re ready to bring fresh ideas, endless creativity, and plenty of memorable moments to Radiolums this year.

Meet our External Relations Department: Aayan is a powerhouse with endless energy, elite meme knowledge, and somehow still working when everyone else has logged off. Into politics, debates, and philosophy, he somehow manages to fit all of that into a packed day.

Junaid brings politician-level charisma in his signature shalwar kameez and waistcoat. Add his spot-on mimicry, infectious energy, and an unhealthy Johnny & Jugnu addiction, and you’ve got Junaid.

Romaisa is the honorary bro, bringing peak Karachi girl energy despite being an Islamabad burger at heart. She makes even the busiest days look easy and is always there to keep the vibes up.

Mughees keeps everyone connected through movie references, reels, random food recommendations, and the occasional painfully lame joke that somehow still gets a laugh.

This year we have five lovely people within MnP.
Our directors, Hania and Zyan. One of them is an expert in all things shooting and editing related (check out ) while the other is here just for people management, hanging out with Sir Mudassir & vibes.

In our ADs, we have Abdullah, Zaid and Meerab. Meerab has singlehandedly saved our department multiple times by volunteering her camera alongside her lovely shooting skills. The best friend duo meanwhile is busy trying to shoot podcasts of extremely important guests while our camera’s overheat. (Trust this was a real thing that happened) Jokes aside, all the new editing changes you catch this year are mainly attributed to the creativity of these two.

This department runs on pure chaos and somehow it works. Ishal’s a CS major who thrives under pressure, deadline in five minutes chaos, and still pulls through, music taste unmatched. Fatima always turns plans into an ice cream run, and drives a pink car you’ll spot parked somewhere it shouldn’t be. You’ll always catch the two together having the best laugh. Then Ali, undefeated at banter, always has the last word, and somehow holding it down as the only guy in DNM!! Zunaira’s quieter but the real powerhouse. Witty and meticulous, she has too many hobbies and a dozen unfinished projects lying around her room. And Areen, coolesst one in the room, mushroom obsessed, best fits out of everyone, and has the best comebacks in the gc. Gc names welcome, we are struggling.
