The Institute of Emerging Leaders (TIEL) is a project of VISE Foundation, registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860. TIEL was established by Sajid Ishaq in 2015 with the vision of producing visionary leaders from within the Christian Community who would lead the community with dignity, honour and pride by attaining professional education, to fill the vacuum at high ranking positions in

the country, which at the moment lack Christian representation to its full potential. TIEL will be the first institution of its kind which will dedicatedly play a much awaitedrole of not only imparting academic education but will pay extra attention on character building of students;instilling visionary leadership qualities for addressing the challenges being faced by the Christians in the country; career guidance for helping them select white-collar professions; personal grooming and developing self-confidence. It will also provide political awareness to the students and make them aware of the parameters of good governance, importance of rule of law, Minority rights, significance of Interfaith Harmony for a peaceful coexistence and most importantly maintaining balance between rights and obligations for exemplary law abiding citizens of Pakistan.
