The 1st General Meeting of the Lahore Iqra Lions Club for the Fiscal Year 2026-2027 was held on 12 July 2026 at 6:00 PM at Falcon Complex, Gulberg III, Lahore.
The meeting commenced in a dignified manner with the recitation of the Holy Quran by Young Guest Omer, followed by the National Anthem and Oath of Allegiance, led by Lion Farah Bhutta.
The gathering observed a Necrology session, conducted by MJF Lion Hijab Mazhar, to pay tribute to departed Lion member Lion Nasarullah Chaudhary with prayers and respect.
Charter President MJF Lion Hijab Mazhar then delivered the Welcome Address, warmly greeting all members and emphasizing the importance of unity, dedication, and service as the club enters the new Lions fiscal year.
The Oath-Taking Ceremony for the officers of the 2026–2027 Fiscal Year was conducted by the Charter President, who encouraged the newly inducted leadership to uphold the ideals of Lions Clubs International with integrity and commitment.
A comprehensive Group Discussion followed on the Service Activities Plan for 2026–2027, during which members exchanged ideas and proposed impactful community service projects aligned with the club's mission.
The Charter President further briefed the members regarding the 30th District Installation Ceremony 2026, outlining the roles, responsibilities, and expectations of club members to ensure the successful ex*****on of the prestigious district event.
Charter President LILC Mjf Lion Hijab Mazhar gave a comprehensive briefing about 30th District Installation Ceremony 305-N1 on 1st August, 2026. Shared roles and responsibilities with worthy members and shared that its a great honour for LILC that *30th Installation Ceremony is dedicated to Our Guiding Lion PCC PMJF LION SHABBIR AHMAD MALIK.*
Members Lahore Iqra Lions Club celebrated the Birthday of 2nd Vice President LILC Lion Farah Bhutta.
The meeting concluded with a heartfelt Vote of Thanks presented by Secretary LILC 2026–2027, Lion Mehmooda Nasreen Arshad, who expressed appreciation to all members for their active participation and commitment. She thanked the organizing team and encouraged everyone to continue serving humanity with passion and dedication.
