A very happy and fun filled day at the Crazy Cats Shelter on the occasion of their 5th Anniversary. Met many animal lovers, rescuers, activists and the officials of Police Animal Rescue Center. A lot of credit and a huge round of applause for Adeela Haq who runs this shelter and manages it with her team. We remembered the victims of Data Darbar Massacre and also conducted a symbolic walk. So much more that needs to be done when it comes to animal welfare in Pakistan but I’m glad we are working to improve the lives of animals in whatever capacity we can and looking forward to working as a vibrant animal welfare community insha Allaah.

I'm glad the main stream media is touching these topics, especially PTV which is watched across Pakistan even in areas where there is no cable or internet.
