🐾 Found: 2 dogs in DHA Phase 8, Karachi
These two were wandering outside and at risk of being hit by cars, so I've brought them inside and they're safe at my place for now.
If these are your dogs, please reach out to me with proof of ownership (photos, vet records, etc.) and you can come collect them.

Assalam O Alaikum DHA Folks
This is an early-twenties female. I want to talk about my relationship with my boyfriend. We have been in a relationship for 2 years and have been friends for 6 years(we didn't met in these years not even a single call we did, we starting meeting in person around 11 months pehly se). We literally have an unbreakable bond. He loves me a lot like "he will kiss the ground I walk on" wala pyar hai.
But you know what the issue is? I belong to an upper-middle-class family, and he belongs to a lower-middle-class family. In the beginning, this wasn't a problem for me. But when we started meeting in person, reality hit me that love isn't everything.
He is just completing his 2nd-year papers. By now, he should have been in university. My bachelor's has already been completed, while he is still trying to clear his intermediate exams and that too because I asked him to. He does have a job, but it's a very odd one. I have told him multiple times to change his job. He doesn't even get proper pay. I suggested that he join Ibex or a call centre, but he has a long list of reasons why he doesn't want to.
At the same time, he has a very strong ambition to give me a good life. He is saving money to buy gold for investment and dreams of buying a house because he doesn't want me to live in the same house where his father lives. Whenever he has even a small amount of money, he spends it on me without thinking twice. He always tries to make me happy in every way he can.
He gives me pick and drop from my home to my job and then from my job to my university. His office starts one hour later than my job. After dropping me at work,he waits at a nearby dhabba until it is time for his office to open. He does this every day without complaining.
Whenever I am under pressure because of my studies or exams, he stays with me, calms me down, and helps me through everything. He always does the bare minimum things perfectly. He never fails to cheer me up whenever I am upset or stressed.
In my family, everyone is educated. Most of them have PhDs or master's degrees, and many are doctors or work in the IT field. He doesn't even know basic English.
My mother caught me with him twice, and she only said, "Stay away from him. We can't marry you to someone who isn't of our status." At that time, I didn't understand what my mother meant, but as time has passed, her words have started making sense.
He doesn't take care of himself. He doesn't even have money for basic things. He doesn't go to the gym. He doesn't take proper care of his physical appearance he doesn't trim his beard or get regular haircuts. His tanning is getting worse. I feel embarrassed in front of my friends whenever he came to pick me up from university and I asked him multiple times not to come but he just want me save and sound and he don't want kah mujhy local ke dhke khne pare so he came by himself.
He is very hardworking. His father is not with him anymore; he married someone else. My boyfriend runs his entire household. Sometimes I even help him financially. Even when we go out to eat, I usually pay.
His dressing sense is also not good. I am stuck. I am trying my best to help him get a job at Domino's. He listened to me and completed his intermediate exams, but there is a difference between studying because someone forces you and studying because you genuinely want to. He is not educated enough.
The other thing is that he is very emotional. He doesn't go to anyone when life gets heavy. He doesn't talk much, and he doesn't even openly talk to his mother because of his busy schedule. He always comes to me whenever he is struggling. I mostly saw his puffy eyes that he might cry at night .. when I ask him forcefully he told me he is alot of zimadri he can't handle these .. I motivate him .. but still be is too young to face all this
Leaving him halfway through this journey doesn't feel like the right thing to do. But at the same time, I don't think I can spend my whole life like this. My life has only just started. How can I marry someone like this?
I even talked to my mother about doing a nikah next year until my father returns from abroad. I have heard that nikah opens the doors of rizq. But due to his financial condition. Nikkah karlon ? Aur phr yeh sab aisi chlta reha to?
One more thing: he doesn't pray Salah. I have told him many times, but he doesn't listen. He starts praying for some time and then stops again.
(I need proper advice. What should I do now? How can I fix him)

I am living with emotionally and physically abusive husband. We got married few months back and it has not even been 6 months to our marriage and he has raised hands, dragged me, strangled me and physically harm me multiple time. All these times, the issue was too small for even some couples to fight such as messy kitchen or a random discussion turning into disrespect towards my family and then taunts and my family status. In most of our fights I am often taunted on how he spend lakhs on me through wedding clothes and how he gives me monthly pocket money and gets monthly groceries and blames me of not helping him safe despite him managing all expenses and I get anything I want from my own salary. Before marriage he was not like this, he is completely changed man, he openly discusses women he was with in past and expects me to behave normally. He hits me and expects me to behave normally the moment and hug him. He often does something bad or say something and then instantly deny saying or doing it. Our heated conversation lead to him hitting me so I try avoiding him at that moment but he he forcing me by physically forcing or holding me to talk and saying you are toxic and you don’t know how to communicate. Every argument turns into me crying so badly that I get sick or him crying and me consoling him despite being beaten and hurt. He has threatened me multiple times to divorce me or to leave his home but doesn’t even let me go to my parent’s home when things are heated. He keeps promising that he will change but he does those things again and expects me to forget what happened and move on and not bring old things again. At this point I have been through so much that every time he hurts me I curse him and say that you will go through every pain you inflict on me but then I also feel this immense guilt after saying this but he doesn’t change he keep repeating same things and is always worried about what my family or friends will think of him if I tell them about what he does.
I was told first few years of marriage are difficult but are they this difficult. Sometimes I think that I am an educated and financially independent woman, do I really deserve this or why am I doing this to myself. At this point I have been called every called everything a woman would never expect to hear from someone who promise to love her forever. I have been called 2 takay ki, bhonkti hai ku*ya, paun ki jooti, jahil aurat and much more from someone who was so well behaved before marriage that I sometimes I can’t believe the words that come out of his mouth or for someone who is so concerned about his external outlook or what people talk or think about him. I’m just devastated, tired exhausted and alone. Only I know how I survive days at work how I cook with love for him and never getting it back in real

I need some legal guidance, Ask The Legal Fraternity
My husband passed away in a tragic incident, and some of his original documents and personal belongings are currently not in my possession but with my In laws, including his CNIC, hospital death certificate, mobile phone, and other important records.
As his spouse, do I have a legal right to access or obtain these documents and belongings? If someone is unwilling to hand them over, what legal options are available to me? Also, can official copies of these documents be obtained from the relevant authorities if the originals are unavailable?
I would be grateful for any advice from lawyers or anyone familiar with Pakistani family and inheritance laws.
I'm living in UAE ATM
Thank you.

Who is doing this to all the trash that residents keep nicely in their bins? This is ridiculous and causes so much mess. This is definitely not any cats. Should be punishable offence. After fajar hours one can’t even walk past phase 3 Z block DHA LHR streets due to this nonsense act by some that security had failed to get hold of.

I want to discuss something and also learn more about it.
People often say that the person a man or woman will marry is already written by Allah on the day they are born. Is this true? If it is already written, does that mean no matter what we do, we will only marry the person who is destined for us? At the same time, people also say that dua can change things and that Allah accepts sincere prayers. This is where I get confused. If our spouse is already written in our destiny, then how does dua fit into that? There is another reason why I am asking this.
I met a boy on Instagram. We only have normal, respectful conversations, and he has never said or done anything inappropriate. He told me that he had a previous relationship when he was around 19 or 20, but it ended. We both try to keep our conversations within proper boundaries because he says that too much attachment can make things difficult. Sometimes we only talk for a minute or two, and sometimes we have longer conversations. He also prays regularly, and from what I have seen, he seems like a good person, although I still don't know him very well. A few times, jokingly, he has sent reels or said that I might be his future wife. My confusion is about the future. My master's degree is completed. If I stay at home, I don't think my family would agree to a marriage so far away because the distance is about six hours. But if I go abroad for a PhD and he is also there, then maybe I would have more freedom to marry him if everything works out. So my question is: Should I make an effort if I genuinely want something, or should I simply leave everything because whatever is written in my destiny will happen anyway?
I would really appreciate some guidance because I am confused about the balance between destiny (Qadr), dua, and personal effort.
