Peace begins within- and sometimes, it starts with a single step, a breath, a beat.
This Sunday, step into a space where movement meets mindfulness. A space created to help you reconnect with your body, release stress, and realign your energy. Through guided meditation and high-energy Zumba, this experience is more than just a workout- it’s a journey toward inner calm, confidence, and collective peace.
In a world that constantly demands more, give yourself an hour to pause, breathe, and move with intention. Because when women come together to heal, move, and uplift one another, peace becomes more than an idea- it becomes a shared energy.

Join us for an evening of rhythm, release, and renewal. Let’s transform stress into strength and mindfulness into motion.

Aliya’s story is a testament to resilience, determination, and breaking barriers. Once an average student was discouraged by her principal, she refused to let self-doubt define her. Married at just 17, she balanced family life with education, earning a master’s degree in Communication & Media Studies while raising her daughter, Abeera.

Her journey in journalism was far from easy—juggling two jobs while battling depression and societal criticism as the first woman from her valley to enter the field. When her marriage ended, she embraced the challenges of single motherhood, forging ahead as a journalist, producer, and content creator.

Beyond her impactful work covering climate change and social issues, Aliya has dedicated herself to supporting young girls facing blackmail and cybercrime. Today, as Me Hun Aliya, she stands as a symbol of strength, proving that no obstacle is too great for a woman determined to succeed.
