Introduction
WE CAN Welfare Society is a small non-governmental, not-for-profit organization, established for the development and uplift of the poor of the poorest community members living in rural and urban slum areas of lower Dir-Pakistan through a variety of development programs with the help and support of our amiable contributors and associate members. WE CAN Welfare Society was established
in the year 2015 by committed, commendable and creditable community members belonging to various professions and of eminence calibre and repute. WE CAN Welfare Society is very strict and precise in recording all its financial matters as per rules laid down by the Accountant General of Pakistan. The financial matters are handled and utilized with complete wisdom and absolute responsibility and transparency, so that the trust of its associated members stay alive and intact and the funds donated by them can be used for helping, developing and assisting the poor. WE CAN Welfare Society believes that all Human Beings are equal and have the right to access all the basic needs and amenities of life and it is our duty to create opportunities for community members to utilize them and may come out from the bo***ge of poverty and dejection. WE CAN Welfare Society feels proud and pleased to work for the development and growth of disadvantaged community members with the financial resources provided from its gracious supporters and well-wishers. We are very lucky to have such a cooperative, supportive and God Fearing Team which is always ready to help, assist and develop the poor and we all are confident that Together We Can Make A Difference! WE CAN Welfare Society is a non-profitable organization. We are positively working to achieve them with the help and guidance of our devoted, dedicated and dutiful staff and Council Members;
Vision;
WE CAN vision is the primary focus for the unity, betterment, empowerment and development of the poor and marginalized section of the society
Mission;
Facilitate through different programs for the vibrant and well lively community members so that they could have full influence on the programs organized for their betterment. Aims and Objectives;
• Improve community member accessibility and presence at all levels with WE CAN Welfare Society;
• Enhance the effective engagement of WE CAN Welfare Society with the community members;
• Strengthen the dialogue between WE CAN Welfare Society and community members;
• Engage community members to work on the issues which could bring change in the society along with WE CAN Welfare Society; such is to organized events, seminars, workshops on religious issues in society.
• Education and capacity development of the community having special focus on youth education with WE CAN Welfare Society;
• Work in close collaboration with community members on local issues with WE CAN Welfare Society;
• Advocate on the goals and principles that WE CAN Welfare Society and community members could move ahead in a vibrant manner.
• To develop leadership in the Youth of Society and foster the principles of fraternalism.
• To work for rehabilitation of effected people of natural disasters.
• To help in providing financial assistance to poor and deserving members of society.
• To develop sound programs of sports, social, civic and cultural activities for the benefit of the Youth of society.
• WE CAN Welfare Society shall consist of the eligible members organized into branches to be known as subordinate of “WE CAN Welfare Society”
