On August 14th, the Global Paramedical Institute Khairpur (GPIK) celebrated Pakistan's 78th Independence Day with a vibrant and memorable program. The event, entirely arranged by the students of GPIK, was a testament to their dedication and patriotism. The celebrations also included members and students from other centers of the Sindh Health and Education Development Society (SHEDS), creating a large and enthusiastic gathering.
A special cake-cutting ceremony marked the occasion, but the highlight of the day was when students took to the stage to address the audience. Their speeches and performances, including patriotic tablos, were a powerful tribute to the nation's history and its heroes. The program also featured speeches from distinguished guests, including Chief Guest Sheikh Azhar Intisar, along with Dr. Waheed Shaikh, Vice President of the PPP Khairpur city, Imran Ali Shah, Coordinator at the Deputy Commissioner's office. and Madam parveen shaikh
The faculty also participated, with Dr. Muhammad Naveed Khokhar and Dr. Sikander Azam Soomro both delivering speeches. The presence of the entire GPIK staff, including Munir Ahmed Soomro Sohail Ahmed Soomro, Dr. Abdul Qadeer Arain, and Dr. Waqar Shaikh, ensured the event was a success. Their collective efforts, combined with the students' hard work, made the day a meaningful and unifying tribute to Pakistan's independence.
