Bloom Academy conducted a Fire Safety & Emergency Guide and Drill to strengthen preparedness across our entire team.
From management, teachers and therapists to janitorial staff and security, everyone participated in the training and learned the essential what, when, and hows of responding to a fire emergency.
The session focused on building awareness, understanding emergency procedures, and ensuring that every member of our team knows their role when safety matters most.
Our teachers also introduced students to fire safety through engaging activities, helping them understand important safety practices in a simple and meaningful way.
Because creating a safe environment is not only about having procedures in place—it is about making sure everyone understands them and is prepared to act.
