All women have faced this at some point - needing a pad but not having one available.
For nearly half of the women in Pakistan, this isn't just an inconvenience. Limited access to menstrual hygiene facilities at home, school, or work can mean missed classes, interrupted workdays, and the quiet stress of managing a basic need without support.
At i-Care, we are trying to create more inclusive spaces. ๐ช๐ฒ'๐๐ฒ ๐๐ถ๐ด๐ป๐ฒ๐ฑ ๐ฎ๐ป ๐ ๐ผ๐จ ๐๐ถ๐๐ต ๐๐ฎ๐๐ฎ๐ฎ๐บ ๐๐ถ๐ณ๐ฒ to bring sanitary napkin vending machines to our partner organizations: nonprofits serving female students, patients, and staff members. a practical step toward spaces where women and girls are never expected to hide, leave, ask around, or go without because of something as basic as their period.
But making this happen and scaling it further needs support.
We're inviting individuals and organizations who believe in this cause to help us fund and expand access to these machines across more schools, offices, and community spaces. Every contribution helps put dignity within reach for more women and girls across Pakistan.
