Save Lyari Movement is a non-profit and non political initiative taken by Friends of Lyari, Founded on March 13, 2014 by local people of Lyari on a volunteer basis in reaction of Jhat Pat incident took place. SLM will work on the restoration of peace, social justice, harmony and unity among different local communities in Lyari and SLM will approach the women/men/Youth of Lyari to support and hig
hlight positive activities in Lyari. SLM will lobbying for education and the creation of long-term socioeconomic opportunities for the young generation in Lyari
SLM will initiate the activities at grassroots level that will reflect the broader interests of building peaceful community and existence of Lyari.
