Aims:
a.)To create a spirit of mutual help and sympathy among the members of the association
b.)To mobilize the owners of the Cafes in the association and persuade them to cooperate with each other to solve their problems. To promote brotherhood and friendship among the members of the association
e.) To Negotiate with the government officials to settle issues of any nature and seek help to solv
e the problems of any kind
f.) To Arrange seminars , Discussions, Talk shows, Presentation , meetings or by means of media to spread and fulfill the aims and objects of the Association. The Association will not help/encourage any illegal activity or activities of it members in any manner and will assist the government administration in discourage any illegal/unlawful activities
h.) The Association shall be run on non-political, Non-commercial and non-religous basis
i.) The Promoters/Office bearers and members shall not be paid employees of to Association and also would not be paid employees in any manner
j.) To secure, receive , accept and manage funds , donations , grants , endowments and any other moveable property or properties from lawful means within the country and to utilize them for furthering and promoting the aims and objects of the Association
k.) The Association shall confine and limit its activities only to its aims and objects and the income and properties of the Association obtained from whatever sources shall be applied solely towards the promotion of the aims and objects of the Association and no portion there of shall be paid by way of divided of otherwise to any member and/or office bearers of the Association
l.) The Association will cooperate with the similar types of association to runs the affairs smoothly
m.) The Association will work abiding all its rules and regulations . amd involve in threatening the government institution or any other agencies will lead to the cancelation of its registration without any notice. To represent the problems of the Cafe and Restaurant before K.M.C , M.D.A , K.D.A , DHA , Cantonment Board , LDA , IDA , Health Department , PEMRA (Pakistan Electronic Media Regulatory Authority) , Press , News Papers and All television Channel , Supreme Court , High Courts m District Courts , City Government and All Government/Semi Government Organization
o.) To provide for the economic , Social or other Welfare. Uplift benefit and advancement in life of poor and deserving person. To create relationship among different Association having similar aims and objects and together to do fight against illiteracy poverty and misleading and all kinds of crime
q.) to make security system with the cooperation f concerned police station of the protection of cafe and restaurant
r.) To provide legal protection to cafe and restaurants
s.) In case of any law and order situation in the cafe and restaurants the association shall provide complete justice and protection from the concerned police station as well as legal protection through the concerned forums
t.) In Case of any complaint of dispute among the cafe and restaurants , The Concerned Cafe and Restaurant must report to the Associaton
