It was an idea of Satti Nationals residing in Karachi to form, a trust for the welfare of peoples and to meet any requirement in emergency cases in order to achieve the goals of idea, the people of area gathered on 15 Oct 1990 and it was revealed that how to the essential is to form a Trust. Subsequently, the said trust was registered on 08 Oct 1992.
